The University of Arizona Alumni Association
National Governance Structure

The Association’s governance is placed in a National Alumni Council, which is comprised of two bodies. The Governing Board is to be comprised of 19 Directors who are responsible for the management and corporate affairs of the Association, including oversight of the Association’s budget and financial investments.

The national Alumni Council is the larger body and will be comprised of all directors of the Governing Board, plus representatives of each of the Association’s affiliate organizations (chapters, clubs, colleges), and other at-large representatives.
